Terms of Service

Effective: 1 January 2025. These Terms govern your use of xoltario.com and landscaping services by xoltario.com LLC (EDRPOU 45826656), Office 7, 24 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

1. Services

We provide landscaping design, installation, and maintenance. Service area: Kyiv and within 30 km. Fees may apply beyond.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted per project or visit. Written estimates provided. Single tax payer; VAT optional.

3. Consumer Rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you have rights to information, quality, and complaints. Email contact@xoltario.com; we reply within 14 days.

4. Personal Data

We process data under Law of Ukraine No. 3795-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 6 June 2024. Consent required.

5. Cookies

Cookies require prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020 and Law of Ukraine No. 3795-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 6 June 2024.

6. Advertising

Advertising is identifiable and accurate under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

7. Liability

Liability limited to amount paid for specific service. No indirect loss.
